If you people are anything like me, you are sitting around at your house or place of work, bored out of your mind. And if you are a music fanatic like myself, as I assume many of you are, you are more then likely wishing you were in The Windy City today at Lollapalooza. This year’s installment of Chicago’s annual extravaganza plays host to a diverse arsenal of musical acts this year, as well as art displays and various other festival festivities. With Coldplay, Muse, The Foo Fighters, and Foster The People all making appearances, the alternative and indie rock crowds will be pleased. But not to worry, there is something for you HiP-Hop Heads too, with performances from Kid Cudi, Damien Marley, Atmosphere, Sammy Adams, and headliner, Eminem. Another exciting addition to the festival this year is techno music, so all you Dubstep deviants will be taken care of. The genre’s elite are all coming out for this tremendous occasion. Deadmau5, Skrillex, Afrojack, Girl Talk, and Colorado collective Pretty Lights all slated to get  the crown rocking.

The overall purpose of this post is to let you guys know, that even though we are all stuck wherever we are stuck, we can still catch all three days of Lollapalooza! The festival is partnering with internet behemoth YouTube to stream every single performance of the weekend.

So go ahead, grab a beer, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be whisked away to Grant Park in Chicago…….
